STANDARD DOCUMENT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM PARON SCHOOL OF ART

Securing Your Booking – Your booking is not secure until we have received and confirmed proof of payment.

Missed Classes – We regret not being able to offer a make-up class option across our camps. Depending on the circumstance, the student may be invited a different rotation of activities across the following day in order to best catch up on the previous days’ work.

Date change and Refund policy – If a family wishes to move across to another camp week, we will do our best to accommodate but please recognise that with our small capacities per group, this will not always be possible. If a family wishes to forfeit their place on the programme, we ask that 5 days’ notice be given prior to the camp commencing in order to receive a full refund.

Class Cancellation – Paron School of Art requires the right to cancel any class should fewer than 3 students be enrolled. In this unlikely event, we will let you know at least 2 days prior to the start date and a full refund or class credit will also be offered. If a class is cancelled due to teacher absence, a full refund or class credit will also be offered.

COVID-19 Related Programme Closure – Our students’ safety remains our priority. In the event that any number of classes within the programme are cancelled due to government advised COVID-19 measures, we will offer you an opportunity to transfer to our upcoming holiday camps or term-time weekend offerings across September 2021-August 2022.

COVID-19 Wellness Policy– We have an up-to-date safe keeping policy, in line with current recommendations, which we ask for your understanding and support to uphold. We ask that everyone entering the workshop space stringently uphold these and we reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone who does not.

Student Age – We will not be accepting students into the camp who sit outside the advertised age bracket. If it is discovered that a student is attending outside of these guidelines, the place may be terminated without refund.

Screen-Free Environment – Every class will be a screen-free environment. Please do not send your child to the school with any devices.

Food In The Camp – In a bid to provide a safe environment for all students, please do not bring any food into the studio unless agreed with prior arrangement. We have a number of students who suffer from extreme food allergies.

Media & Marketing – During the course of each class, we will be taking photos and videos of students hard at work and their finished masterpieces. We will be using these materials for marketing purposes. Please inform us before the camp commences if you would not like your child to be photographed.
